ALABAMA (WDHN) —Technology, furniture, vehicles, vending machines, and even boats will be among many items for bid in the next state surplus auction near the end of October.

The auction will run from 7:30 a.m. Saturday, October 21 to Sunday, October 29, at 6:00 p.m.

Items on auction are a combination of property no longer needed by state and federal agencies and items abandoned voluntarily at several airports in the Southeast that the Alabama Department of Economic and Community Affairs has acquired.

Everything up for bid can be inspected here or on-site at the Surplus Property Division’s Montgomery Distribution Center at 4590 Mobile Highway from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. from Monday, October 23, to Friday, October 27.
