DOTHAN, Ala. (WDHN) — The Third Annual S’mores & Snores will be held Friday, October 13 through Saturday, October 14 at Eastgate Park.
The overnight camping event includes activities, food, music and more. Registration is $20 per person. Slots are limited, to register, please visit www.DothanLeisureServices.org/Registration.
Once registered, each participant will receive a goody bag, t-shirt, dinner, an opportunity to make smores, and breakfast the following morning. Other activities include a scavenger hunt, nature walk, bedtime stories, and a tent decorating contest.
All children must be accompanied by an adult and supervised during all activities. Each campsite can accommodate up to six people.
Participants should bring the following items:
- Tent
- Sleeping bags
- Toiletries
- Ground cover
- Chairs
- Pajamas
- Snacks
Check-in will start at 4:30 p.m. on Friday, October 13 and the event will last until 8:00 a.m. on Saturday. Electrical requests will not be available for the event.
