DOTHAN, Ala. (WDHN) — The tenth annual Trojan Tour visited the Circle City Monday.

Dothan is one of ten stops on Troy University’s tour promoting the Trojans’ athletic programs.

Several Troy coaches visited with fans and alumni at Buffalo Wild Wings.

Head women’s basketball coach Chanda Rigby, head football coach Jon Sumrall, head men’s basketball coach Scott Cross, head volleyball coach Josh Lauer and head women’s golf coach Randy Keck were at this stop.

Sumrall says it’s so special to engage with supporters on their own turf and he had a message for fans.

“I’m not going to tell them who the starting quarterback is going to be, I’m not going to tell them how many games we’re going to win, but I am going to tell them we need them to show up and be loud and fill up the Vet and support the team every week,” Sumrall said.

If you missed the Trojan Tour this time around, you can catch it again in the Wiregrass on Tuesday, June 21, at Shane’s Rib Shack in Enterprise at 6 p.m.
