DOTHAN, Ala (WDHN) — A 21-year-old Dothan man has been arrested after police say he had sexual contact with a juvenile.

According to the Dothan Police Department, the DPD has been conducting an ongoing investigation into allegations of an adult male having inappropriate sexual contact with a juvenile under the age of 16.

Police say as a result of the investigation, on Thursday, February 2, 2023, Javanta Jaquan Campbell was arrested and charged with one count of Production of Child Pornography, two counts of Rape Second Degree, two counts of Traveling to Meet a Child for an Unlawful Sex Act, and three counts of Sodomy Second Degree.

He has a set bond of $330,000.
