DOTHAN, Ala. (WDHN) — A Dothan man has been charged for 2nd-degree rape involving a juvenile victim.
On Monday, August 8th, Dothan Police Department received information about sexual allegations involving a juvenile, according to police.
On Wednesday, August 10th, after the findings during the investigation, investigators arrested and charged Marcus Anthony Grier, 40, of Dothan, with one count of 2nd-degree rape.
Grier currently has no bond set. This is an ongoing investigation and additional charges are expected.
