COFFEE COUNTY, Ala. (WDHN) — Enterprise murder suspect Ehan Stuckey, was flown by a prison transport company to the Coffee County Jail on Wednesday.
Earlier this month, the 18-year-old allegedly fatally shot his father, 42-year-old Russell Stuckey, in the older man’s Daleville Avenue home in Enterprise.
A day after the body was discovered, Stuckey was arrested in Colorado Springs and has been there ever since.
Initially, the suspect planned to fight extradition back to Alabama but had a change of heart and was transported to the Coffee County Jail in New Brockton.
Stuckey is expected to appear in an Enterprise courtroom either tomorrow or Friday and be formally charged with the murder of his father.
