TROY, Ala. (WDHN) — Authorities have arrested and charged a man with rape after an April incident in Troy.
On Wednesday, Terrence Jamal Bussey of Georgetown, Georgia was arrested on a warrant by U.S. Marshals in Eufaula, Alabama, according to Troy Police.
On April 3, officers responded to the Troy Regional Medical Center where they say they received a report of a sexual assault. After evidence was collected, police say they had enough information to issue a warrant for Bussey’s arrest.
Bussey is currently in the Pike County Jail on a $50,000 bond.
