COFFEE COUNTY, Ala (WDHN) — Two people have been arrested in Enterprise after authorities say they found a large amount of fentanyl and marijuana during an operation.

According to the Coffee County Sheriff’s Office, multiple departments conducted a narcotics operation in the City of Enterprise, and agents with the State Bureau of Investigation discovered 35 grams (350 pills) of Fentanyl, approximately 1400 grams of marijuana, two handguns, and one rifle.

The CCSO says that agents arrested Jaquez Shields and Quinta McMath and charged them with various drug crimes.

The operation was executed by members of the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency State Bureau of Investigation Region B Alabama Drug Enforcement Task Force, Enterprise Police Department, Coffee County Sheriff’s Office, and the Houston County Sheriff’s Office.
