DOTHAN, Ala. (WDHN) — A 20-year-old Dothan man has been arrested after police say he robbed someone during an attempted sale of an ATV.

In January 2023, someone reported to the Dothan Police Department that they were robbed at gunpoint while trying to sell an ATV.

According to Dothan Police, when the victim arrived with the ATV to make the sale in the 1200 block of Greenwood Drive, the suspect pulled a firearm and stole the 4-wheeler.

Police say that the ATV was later found abandoned across the city from where it was taken.

After the investigation, police identified the suspect as Mi’Qhueil Jasiah Whigham, who has been arrested and charged with robbery in the first degree.

Whigham has a bond set at $30,000.
