DOTHAN, Ala (WDHN)— A Dothan man has pled guilty to one count of federal weapons possession after a Dothan club shooting.
On Wednesday, May 24, Dejarvous Walker Glenn pled guilty to one count of Possession of Ammunition by a Convicted Felon.
In the plea agreement, Glenn admits to having a 9mm pistol in his possession during a shooting at the Inami Lounge in December 2022.
Since pleading guilty, Glenn could face up to 48 months in Federal Prison
Glenn was previously charged with the Dothan murder of a New Jersey man, Marcell Arline, who was shot to death on McKay Street in August 2017.
Just a few days after the murder, Dothan Police arrested Glenn and charged him with Capital Murder, but that charge was dismissed by Houston County Judge John Steensland in 2021, according to court records.
At the time of the murder, Glenn was on work release after pleading guilty in March 2017 to assault in the second degree and discharging a gun into an occupied building.
