OZARK, Ala. (WDHN) — Thursday morning, a court hearing is set for an Ozark man accused of killing two Dothan girls back in 1999.

Coley McCraney’s attorneys say McCraney will be in the Dale County courtroom on Thursday.

The trial is still set for May 2, but on Thursday, the defense is expected to ask the judge to throw out certain evidence that the prosecutors are planning to use.
