Dothan Area Botanical Gardens holds Egg Quest 2021

News

DOTHAN, Ala. (WDHN) — The Dothan Area Botanical Gardens is holding its annual Egg Quest event.

Despite COVID-19 canceling many fun and well-known events, the organization has been able to hold most of its events while taking COVID-19 precautions.

Egg Quest includes entries from families, local organizations, and even school classes.

This year will include a People’s Choice Award with the winner receiving a prize Easter basket.

“There will be a People’s Choice Award [where] people can vote on their favorite egg,” said Dothan Area Botanical Gardens Executive Director William Holman. “We also have a little questionnaire for kids that they will enjoy. It asks questions about certain eggs and so they’ll enjoy that aspect of it.”

Egg Quest will continue until Easter Sunday.
