DOTHAN, Ala. (WDHN) — Dothan City officials were presented with recommendations for recipients of its 2022 Community Development Block Grants.

These funds will be divided among, City Housing and Infrastructure Projects, Public Service, Public Facilities, and Administration.

2022 Recommendations of the CDAC

The Community Development Advisory Committee estimates Dothan will get around $510,000.

The next step is having a public hearing on these recommendations, which will be held on June 7. After the public hearing, the committee will have the final request submitted to The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development by August 16.
