DOTHAN, Ala. (WDHN) — Dothan District 6 Commissioner David Crutchfield doesn’t have to worry about a campaign account for re-election this summer.
Commissioner Crutchfield was elected to serve the city in 2016 which was a special election.
He will be keeping his seat for four more years due to no opposition. Crutchfield feels he has the pulse of his district and the city at heart.
“It’s great to run unopposed, but it also gives me an opportunity to continue doing things within the city and not having to take the extra time. It takes a lot of time to go campaign, it’s a tough process.” Crutchfield said.
Commissioner Crutchfield says he’s looking forward to continuing working with his colleagues and benefiting Dothan in the near future.
