Enterprise man charged with murder following Wednesday morning stabbing

ENTERPRISE, Ala. (WDHN) — An Enterprise man is charged with murder following a fight that turned violent early Wednesday morning.

Enterprise Police arrived at a home in the 100 block of Middlebrook Street around 3:20 a.m. They found Timothy Scott, 60, who had been stabbed, according to a press release sent to WDHN.

Scott did not survive his injuries.

Paul Reynolds, 67, of Enterprise was arrested and charged with murder in the case.

“The victim and suspect were acquaintances and the preliminary investigation revealed this stabbing was a result of a physical altercation,” police said.

Reynolds was taken to the Coffee County Jail.
