UPDATE: First responders on the scene of trailer fire in Dale County

UPDATE:

According to troopers at the scene, the vehicle was travelling along the roadway when it burst into flames. At this time, authorities do not know what caused the fire.

No animals were in the trailer. Nobody was hurt.

According to an officer at the scene, no one was injured.

ORIGINAL STORY:

DALE COUNTY, Ala. (WDHDN) — WDHN has received reports about a trailer accident involving fire and possibly horses at 2060 West County Road 72 in Ariton.

According to Dale County Sheriff’s Office Chief Deputy Mason Bynum, a Ford F-350 pulling a horse trailer is involved.

The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency is handling the situation. Information is limited at this time but WDHN has a reporter on the way to the scene.
