COFFEE CO., Ala. (WDHN)—On Tuesday, marks six weeks till the November Eighth general election nationwide.
Here in Alabama, the absentee voting period is underway. Coffee County absentee election manager,
Debra Kinsaul, says on average she is seeing 2-to-5 people a day asking for an absentee ballot.

She is asking those wishing to vote absentee, not to wait until the last minute.

They can be downloaded online, or requested by visiting or calling your county absentee election
manager’s office.

The last day to return absentee ballots by hand to the absentee election manager for the mid-term election
Is November Seventh.

Now on the day of the election, absentee ballots must be returned by mail
to the absentee election manager no later than noon.
