Aviation company still suffering in the Wiregrass

OZARK, Ala. (WDHN) — Last year, the pandemic shifted the airline industry bringing several flights to a halt for many and slowing down production at Aviation companies.

Companies like Globalstar Aerospace LLC, who upgraded their Ozark facility in July.

Owner Todd McGarvey explained how the COVID lockdown caused it to be backed up on work orders.

While Globalstar Aerospace LLC has been able to handle those orders, McGarvey said with not as much flying and fewer items needing to be repaired, The industry is 50% slower.

While it has been a challenging time to go through, the company is still pushing.
