ELBA, Ala.(WDHN)—Today, a Coffee County Judge “canceled” bond for a man charged in last Monday night’s
murder of an Elba teen.

Terrance Green is charged with “Murder” and “Theft of property” in the fatal shooting of Elba High School senior, 18-year-old “Jordon Xavier Marek”.

Initially, on Friday, Green’s total bond was set at 325- thousand dollars. But, District Judge Josh Wilson removed it because Green was already out on bond when he reportedly committed the murder.

In April, Green was released on bond for drug possession and a Concealed weapon charge.

At this time, the suspect remains in the Coffee County Kail with a “no” bond.
