UPDATE:

HOUSTON COUNTY, Ala. (WDHN) — The car crash victim that was taken to the hospital received only minor injuries, according to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency.

The two vehicles involved in the accident were a Nissan Pathfinder and a Toyota Sienna.

ALEA has taken over the investigation of the crash.

HOUSTON COUNTY, Ala. (WDHN) — On Wednesday morning, a car crash involving multiple vehicles ended with one victim being hospitalized.

According to a WDHN reporter on the scene, an elderly man was taken to a Dothan area hospital after his car was overturned during the crash on Highway 84 West heading towards Dothan.

The other vehicle present at the scene received minor damage, but no other injuries are reported at this time.

Drivers are urged to use caution when driving through Highway 84 West and Highway 123 intersection.
