NEW BROCKTON, Ala. (WDHN)—This week, the Coffee Board of Registrars’ will mail some 65-hundred voter
precinct changes out of the county’s 36-thousand voters.

Due to the closure of two rural voting houses, and the “relocation” of several thousand
“Jug Brown” recreation voters to the Enterprise Civic Center.

The rec. center has been “closed” for renovation.

Election officials want the 65-hundred voters affected by the precinct changes to know where
They’ll vote for the Alabama Primary on Tuesday, May 24th.

By mailing the voting house change now, Richey hopes to minimize confusion when Coffee County
voters “turn out” at the polls in a little less than a month.
