According to a release from Coffee County Coroner Arnold Woodham, the victim has been identified as Russell David Frei.

ENTERPRISE, Ala. (WDHN) — On Sunday, October 1, at 10:00 p.m., Enterprise Police rushed to an accident near Ozark Highway and Porter Lunsford Road.

According to Enterprise Police, a male pedestrian was standing in the northbound lane of Ozark Highway and was hit by a vehicle.

Captain Billy Haglund with the Enterprise Police Department says the victim was pronounced dead on the scene, and the vehicle driver was not injured.

The victim has not been identified, and Coffee County Coroner Arnold Woodham says they are bringing in outside agencies to try and identify the man.
