Dothan police chase ends with one being hospitalized

DOTHAN, Ala. (WDHN) — On Thursday night, a police chase ended with one victim being injured, according to Dothan Police.

Dothan police on the scene told WDHN, that they responded to Abbey Oaks Apartments where an unnamed woman fled the scene in what was possibly a stolen vehicle.

After a police chase on portions of Ross Clark Circle, the suspect lost control of the vehicle and crashed her car on the 3000 Block of Hodgesville Road. The vehicle was flipped during the crash.

According to Dothan police, it was a single-car crash with no other injuries reported.

The suspect was taken to Southeast Health for her injuries. Pending an investigation into the incident, charges may be filed by the Dothan Police Department.
