ELBA, Ala. (WDHN) — Since Tuesday afternoon, low water pressure has forced the Elba school administration to close on-campus learning until next Monday morning.

The district’s approximately 650 students are currently employing virtual learning from their homes.

School Superintendent, Chris Moseley, says without adequate water pressure the commodes in the restrooms were unable to be used.

Moseley says close cooperation between the city and the school district has helped in getting the message out about the water problems.
