UPDATE: According to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency, the emergency missing child alert has been canceled for the 15-year-old.

CLAYHATCHEE, Ala. (WDHN) — The Clayhatchee Police Department is searching for a missing 15-year-old last seen on Friday.

Michael Steven Sanders was last seen on July 15, at around 9:30 pm in the area of Ace Avenue in Clayhatchee, Alabama.

Sanders is described as a 15-year-old white male with brown hair and blue eyes. He is possibly carrying a blue Ozark Trail backpack and may be in danger, according to CPD.
