ENTERPRISE, Ala. (WDHN)—Small business is the “largest employer” in America. It creates two-thirds of all new jobs for all workers and employs
more than half of the American workforce.

So in appreciation, Enterprise Mayor William Cooper surrounded by small business owners
signed a proclamation declaring May 2nd thru fifth as “small business week” in the city of progress.

Recently, a Dothan print shop owner, Chris Suddarth, opened a second store, but this time in Downtown Enterprise
on College street.

Suddarth is currently the Dothan Chamber of Commerce as a “Small Business of the Year” recipient.
He also sees tremendous growth potential for his shop in Enterprise.

Suddarth” says “I’ve been looking to get into the enterprise market for several years. We see the growth and the progressive nature of the city. The aggressiveness of
the local leaders trying to grow the community. And an attractive market for us to get into.”

During his proclamation, mayor cooper said small businesses and industries play a
vital role in Enterprise and are the source of many innovations in products and merchandising.
