ENTERPRISE, Ala. (WDHN)—On Tuesday night, “Majalisa Kevona Hardwick” of Enterprise was arrested for vehicular homicide in a fatal crash stemming from January 6th, 2021.

A Coffee County Grand Jury indicted 27-year-old Hardwick in a “fatal” two-vehicle crash near the intersection of U.S. Highway 84 and Coffee County Road 709 west of Level Plains.

Cazavicon Terre Wilder would have also been 27 from Enterprise. He was a passenger in the Nissan Altima that Hardwick was driving. He was killed in the wreck.

At the time, authorities say Hardwick pulled into the path of a pick-up truck when the crash occurred.

Hardwick is being held at the Coffee County Jail on a total bond of 30 thousand dollars for the charges of vehicular homicide and failure to yield the right-of-way.
