GENEVA, Ala. (WDHN) — At the Geneva County Commission meeting on Wednesday, the President of Enterprise State Community College said his school’s workforce development program is designed to help private industry with training its employees.

ESCC President Danny Long says his instructors keep up with the latest advances in manufacturing technology.

In many instances, companies pay the tuition of their new workers to be trained at the college.

In addition, long says he hopes a workforce facility will be built on the Enterprise campus. Currently, a workforce building exists on the school’s Ozark campus.
