ABBEVILLE, Ala. (WDHN) — Former Abbeville police Chief Noel Vanlandingham announced Thursday that he will be running for Henry County Sheriff.
In the post, he mentioned that he served 26 of his 27 years in law enforcement in Henry County and that he is well aware of the issues in the area.
Vanlandingham served as Abbeville’s police chief until the city council voted to fire him in April 2020.
