DOTHAN, Ala. (WDHN) — The City of Dothan will be adjusting the sanitation collection schedules.

Starting the week of Monday, April 3, all garbage and recycling collections regularly scheduled on Friday will be moving to Wednesday.

All trash pick-up (yard debris and bulky items) will also be rescheduled to occur on the same day as garbage pickup for all Dothan residents.

These two adjustments will allow garbage, trash, and recycling collections to be picked up on the same day for each resident.
