DOTHAN, Ala. (WDHN) — The City of Dothan hired a company to survey land for the City Hall project.

The city approved an agreement with Poly Incorporated for $80,000 to make sure the land is surveyed so they can know what land is theirs or not. The new City Hall will be right where the courthouse parking lot is.

RDG is handling the design phase for the new City Hall and Magistrate Office. Right now, the city is looking at entrances and exits and the design flow of the traffic.

Mayor Saliba says will be at least another year before you see some physical work taking place.
