HOUSTON COUNTY, Ala (WDHN) — A divorced husband and wife both facing separate counts of child porn charges were indicted by a Houston County Grand Jury in October.
Alicia Patrick was arrested on Thursday, October 26, after being indicted on one count of Production of Obscene Matter.
According to her indictment, 34-year-old Patrick took photos of a nude girl under three years old with “cake smeared on her body.”
Court records show that her now former husband, Tucker Patrick, was arrested in April 2023 and charged with several counts of Possession of Obscene Material with Intent to Distribute.
Tucker’s indictment, filed on the same day as Alicia’s indictment, October 17, claims he possessed several videos depicting teenagers engaging in sex acts.
Sources close to the situation tell WDHN that Tucker Patrick was arrested after agents with the State Bureau of Investigation raided his and Alicia’s home in April.
On Friday, October 27, Tucker Patrick pled not guilty to five counts of Possession of Obscene Material with Intent to Distribute.
Court records indicate Alicia Patrick has not entered a plea.
Tucker Patrick was released from the Houston County Jail on a $30,000 bond and ordered to have no contact with a child under 19, and Alicia Patrick was released on a $60,000 bond.
Divorce records state the Patricks have two children, and their divorce was finalized earlier this month.
