DOTHAN, Ala (WDHN)— One person was shot during a firearm assault Thursday afternoon, according to Dothan Police.
The shooting occurred sometime before 4:00 p.m. Thursday afternoon in the 1000 Block of Eugene Street.
Police say the victim’s injuries are non-life threatening and he does not want to press charges against the suspect.
According to RickeyStokesNews, the person was shot in the arm, and Houston County Sheriff’s Office and Webb Police were looking for a dark chevy silverado possibly associated with the shooting.
The condition of the victim is currently unknown.
Dothan Police, Dothan Fire and Rescue, and Pilcher Ambulance responded to the scene.
