ENTERPRISE, Ala. (WDHN) — For the last 19 years, Steve Icenogle has been the automotive service technology instructor at Enterprise High School.
He oversees the certification process for his students. Skills U.S.A. created the Advisor of the Year award to recognize dedicated career and technical education.
Icenogle is one of the top five regional finalists to see who will be chosen as the nation’s top advisor will take place later this month in Atlanta.
Region 2 includes the southeastern states along with Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
“That would be very important to me to have that title for Enterprise High School as well as our community,” says Icenogle.
WDHN News would like to say good luck, Steve, in hopefully becoming the nation’s top
Career and Technical Education Advisor for 2023.
