DOTHAN, Ala. (WDHN) — Dothan business owner, Paul Meadows has been arrested for filming his female clients without consent.

About a week ago, contract workers had told police there was hidden cameras on the property of Touch of Grace massage. This is when their investigation first began.

According to his LinkedIn page, Meadows has owned Touch of Grace since 2013. Businesses nearby said they always seen Meadows in and out and after they started noticing odd behavior that’s when their suspicion started to grow.

On business that wishes to remain anonymous said she noticed all of this prior to the investigation.

“So I noticed about two weeks ago it was maybe later in the afternoon, it was definitely after business hours, I noticed that the business owners next door were just moving all of their supplies out into a car and that was the last I really noticed,”

She thought the move was extremely abrupt because of constant business they had but thought nothing about it.

She looked at him as just a nice business owner who spoke to them from time to time.

“I’ve spoken with the owner, he’s gotten packages for us before but not not anything specific just really to give us packages he always seemed very friendly,”

She said she just never know what goes on behind closed doors because she would’ve never imagined something like this to happen.

“I mean I just never would have pegged him as that person so it’s unfortunate and pretty gross.”

Meadows was arrested on June 21st with a $15,000 bond. Police officials only found one stored video and continuing to investigate and the building is now closed.
