ELBA, Ala. (WDHN)—One of the largest July 4th celebrations can be found in Downtown Elba Square.

On Monday, the city will officially open its “Splash Pad” at Tiger Park.

Beginning six that night, there will be a patriotic “golf cart parade”, entertainment by
“The Blind Skeleton Band”, which has an Elba native, inflatable rides, food concessions
and the firework show is set to begin at approximately nine o’clock.

The fireworks take place over the levee and Pea River.

Williams says the community event is “free”. But, there are charges for some of the children’s
activities and food sold by those individual vendors.
