ENTERPRISE, Ala. (WDHN)—In advance of next Tuesday, Enterprise city officials want to remind voters who previously voted at the Jug Brown Recreation Center on East Lee Street that it is closed. The city is planning to build a new facility so the rec voters will now head to the Enterprise Civic Center instead.
The civic center is located along Highway 167(north) often referred to as the “Troy Highway”.
Mayor William Cooper says it’s so important for residents to practice their constitutional right of voting.
Last month, the Coffee County Board of Registrars mailed out letters of a voting location change to approximately 65-hundred of the county’s 36-thousand voters who will be affected.
