UPDATE 3/8/2021:
The suspect has been taken into custody, according to the Houston County Jail roster.
His account states that he was booked into the jail at 1:00 a.m. Sunday.
He is currently facing charges for first-degree robbery and four counts of unlawful possession of a controlled substance.
We are awaiting more information on his arrest.
UPDATE 3/5/2021:
The Houston County Sheriff’s Office has identified the suspect wanted in a Friday morning shooting at a mobile home park on Cottonwood Road.
The sheriff’s office got a call for a firearm assault at around 11:04 a.m. Deputies and Cottonwood police officers located the victim, a man who was shot in the leg.
The man was taken to a hospital for treatment.
The HCSO said Willie Charles Moore, pictured here was the suspect.

Moore was last seen driving a blue GMC Yukon with a missing bumper and grill. The vehicle also has just one headlight.
The sheriff’s office said Moore could also be driving a white Dodge Charger with a black bumper.
He is considered to be armed and dangerous. If you seen him or know where he is, call your local law enforcement.

HOUSTON COUNTY, Ala. (WDHN) — The Houston County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a shooting that happened Friday morning.
Deputies were called to the Shady Oaks Mobile Home Park in response to the crime. A deputy at the scene told WDHN the victim’s injuries were not life-threatening.
The suspect is said to be at large.
