Southeast Health offering COVID-19 vaccines without an appointment beginning Monday

DOTHAN, Ala. (WDHN) — According to a press release, Southeast Health is making it easier than ever to get a COVID-19 vaccine.

Southeast Health will begin on Monday, April 19 offering COVID-19 vaccines with or without an appointment.

Hours for those without an appointment are:

Monday – Thursday                9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Friday                                      9 a.m. to noon

The vaccines are administered in the West Parking Garage drive-in clinic. Designated lanes will be available for those who do not have an appointment.

Southeast Health is still offering self-scheduling through their website and there will be express lanes for those who have an appointment.

If you do come without an appointment, Southeast Health asks that you be patient while they register you into their electronic records system.

Insurance is not required, but be prepared to show a photo ID and a copy of your insurance card if you have one. There is no out-of-pocket cost to receive the vaccine.

Southeast Health stated in the press release:

“We encourage everyone to receive the COVID-19 vaccine. It is the safest way to put this deadly virus behind us. If you would like to schedule an appointment, visit our website.
