The shooting happened just after 3:30 a.m. Friday morning and deputies say Guilford was taken into custody just before 5 a.m. without incident.

Sources say Poke was with a woman, and then the woman’s husband Guilford came and caught them in the act.

According to court records, the woman filed a protection from abuse order with the court earlier this month.

The records show that they have been married for more than five years and the woman claims that when Guilford can’t calm down is when he can be very dangerous.

Guilford is being held in the Houston County Jail with no bond set in his case.
