TROY, Ala. (WDHN) — On September 24th, the Troy Trojans return to Veterans Memorial Stadium to host a newcomer to the Sun Belt, the Marshall Thundering Herd.
Marshall has made some waves this season previously beating Notre Dame two weeks ago in South Bend.
The Trojans are coming off a heartbreaking loss on the road against Appalachian State where the Mountaineers scored the game-winning touchdown as time expired on a hail mary.
But coach John Sumrall is preaching the mantra “So what? What’s next?” meaning he and his team aren’t going to relish in the defeat, but rather come home and show out for the home fans.
Troy and Marshall will kick off at 6 p.m. under the lights at The Vet.
If you are looking to go to the game, a lot of festivities will be happening before, during, and after kickoff.
Tickets are still available for online purchase or even at the gates Saturday, to find those online, as well as season ticket offers, visit here!
