JACKSON COUNTY, Fla. (WDHN) — Two are behind bars after being arrested for kidnapping a girl in Jackson County, Florida.

Colby Jerome Jordan is accused of kidnapping a girl Friday evening.

The two then met up with two other females, one of whom is Molly Michele Jarrett.

The girl was taken to an abandoned building where deputies say Jordan beat her and tied her hands and feet.

After this, the victim was dropped off under a tree, where she eventually was able to escape.

When deputies arrived Saturday morning they found the girl with her hands tied behind her back.

Jordan is facing several charges including robbery, false imprisonment, tampering with a victim, and battery.

According to Houston County Sheriff Donald Valenza, the two are in the Houston County jail as of Monday but will be extradited to Jackson County.
