TROY, Ala. (WDHN) — Troy police are searching for a man believed to be part of a shooting that injured two men at the A&A Car Wash on Three Notch Street.

The shooting happened on April 11 and resulted in one of the victims having to be taken to Montgomery with life-threatening injuries. The other was treated at Troy Regional Medical Center, according to police.

Eventually, investigators identified two suspects in the case: Emmanuel Rianardo Youngblood, 29, of
Brundidge and Tavin Jamal Flowers, 20, of Troy.

“Youngblood was taken into custody without incident early (Thursday) morning in the 1400 block of U.S.
231 South by officers from the Troy Police Department and the U.S. Marshal’s Regional Gulf Coast Fugitive Task Force,” a release from the police department states. “Youngblood was armed with a
handgun when he was taken into custody.”

Youngblood was then taken to the Pike County Jail and charged with attempted murder, receiving a $100,000 bond.

However, investigators are still on the lookout for Tavin Jamal Flowers, who has seemingly disappeared.

“Marshals checked a residence on Main Street in Brundidge and an apartment on Gibbs Street in Troy,” the release states. “Flowers was not at either location.”

Flowers is described as 6’3” tall, weighing at around 180 pounds and “is considered armed and extremely dangerous. If you see him, contact the Troy Police Department or your nearest local law enforcement immediately.

Also, in their search of the apartment on Gibbs Street, U.S. Marshals arrested Robert Deangelo Shepherd, 18, and Terrell Sistrunk, 18, of Troy, after reportedly finding several large bags of marijuana and a large bag of ecstasy as well as weapons.

They were given multiple charges, including drug trafficking.
