LIST: Labor Day closings

WIREGRASS, Ala (WDHN)— With Labor Day just around the corner, here is what you need to know about the city and county schedules around the Wiregrass.

Houston County

Houston County administrative offices will be closed in observance of Labor Day on Monday, September 4
The Houston County Sanitation Department will pick up trash on Monday, September 4. There will be no change in the sanitation schedule. Houston County Sanitation wants to remind citizens to have trash receptacles by 6:00 a.m. on their normal trash pick-up day.

Enterprise

The City of Enterprise administrative offices will be closed in observance of Labor Day on Monday, September 4
No garbage collection will occur on Labor Day. Garbage pick-up regularly scheduled for Labor Day will be picked up on Tuesday, September 5, and garbage usually picked up on Tuesday will be picked up on Wednesday, September 6. All other curbside trash will be collected as time permits.

Dothan

City of Dothan administrative offices will be closed in observance of Labor Day on Monday, September 4
Sanitation crews run Monday through Thursday (with makeup days on Fridays), Dothan Environmental Services division will run regular sanitation routes on Monday, September 4
