DOTHAN, Ala. (WDHN) — The city of Dothan’s largest job fair is just six days away.
While the fair is helping with the nationwide labor shortage, local resident Nate Patterson is offering teenagers free rides to the job fair on September 29.
The job fair will be held at the Dothan Civic Center from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Patterson owns the Time Youth Center on Oates Street and felt as a community leader himself, it was his duty to help in this way.
“I think this is a great way to get them involved also put money in your pocket, also some responsibility. It’s a lot been going on with the COVID season, but a lot of kids got this free time,” Patterson said. “I love what they’re doing, so I want to encourage as many people as I can.”
If you need a ride to the Civic Center, give Nate Patterson a call at 334-791-8683.
