DOTHAN, Ala. (WDHN) — A man accused of shooting and killing a man at a Dothan apartment complex will now await a grand jury.
Tyler Marchozzi is accused of shooting Richard Littlefield in January.
The shooting happened at the Highland Hills apartment complex in Dothan.
Police say the only other person who was there at the time of the early morning shooting was Marchozzi, who called 911.
Police later arrested Marchozzi and charged him with murder.
On Friday, Marchozzi, who is out on bond was set for a preliminary hearing, but the judge decided to waive the case to a grand jury.
