DOTHAN, Ala. (WDHN) — Linda Johnson’s grandson Bryan Kyle Bridgeman has been missing from Nelsonville, Ohio for four months. The last time she saw him he was with his friend Paul “PJ” Coon.

“Bryan said he was going to go buy a video off a friend and PJ was there and he hollered you remember me and I said yeah I remember you and Bryan said he was gonna start walking,” She said.

Bryan and Paul never came back. That’s when a search and recovery team got involved but they never could find Bryan Bridgeman.

Then, a break in the case came last month when Paul’s wife Lindsey Coon Woolever just happened to be arrested on illegal firearms charges. During her indictment, information came out that led police to Coon.

Published reports say he fled the Ohio area to South Carolina to stay with his father and brothers. And last month, the family moved to Alabama to stay with Coon’s sister.

Last week, cops found PJ in Ashford as was immediately arrested. But his friend Bryan Bridgeman is still missing.

“I think he’s with me reminding me of the things he held dear to him when he was little I would sing to him you are my sunshine every night we would say the bedtime prayer,” His grandmother said.

PJ Coon is in the Houston County Jail without bond facing charges of being a fugitive from justice. He’s currently awaiting an extradition hearing that would take him back to Ohio to face justice there.
