Shots fired at a group of teens outside a Dothan home

DOTHAN, Ala. (WDHN) — On Sunday night, shots were fired at a group of teenagers in the front yard of a Dothan home, according to Dothan police.

Around 6 p.m., Dothan police responded to the scene of a drive-by shooting on the corner of Montezuma and Junaluska.

Five teenagers were in the front yard when a car pulled up and two men fired shots and then drove away.

No injuries were reported, and the teens reportedly ran from the scene.

12 shots in total were fired at the group, according to DPD.

The man who lives at the home where the incident occurred told WDHN the car driven by the shooters was a white Nissan Altima with a Florida license plate and damage to the front bumper.
