(WDHN) — Black Friday is just a week away — one of the busiest holidays for local small retailers.

Eagle Eye staff has been planning for Black Friday since the beginning of the year.

Now it’s time to execute, Eagle Eye has been hiring seasonal staff, having continuous meetings to make sure every member knows their role next week, and rolling out products to make sure they have enough on the shelves.

Last year, stocking shelves was a little difficult due to supply chain issues, but this year it hasn’t been a problem.

Although one problem this year could be inflation, staff members believe they will see a great turnout regardless because they offer more than just shopping.

“We have that car campout, the DJs, the goody bags it’s more of a family event for us, so we might see it for a little bit but at the end of the day I think it’s going to be a great turnout,”

Metcalf says to come out and see them because they have some fast-selling items.
