HOUSTON COUNTY, Ala. (WDHN) — The City of Taylor’s Farmers Market officially kicked off Friday.

The farmers market will be open every Friday in June and July, with the exception of Friday, July 1st. (Observance of the July 4th weekend.)

On Fridays from 5:00 P.M to 8 P.M, organizers invite the Wiregrass out for evenings of food, fun, and fellowship with lots of local produce vendors and arts and crafts.

The farmers market is located adjacent to the city hall building in the semi-circle parking lot. Visitors are asked to please be mindful and not park in the reserved vendor space, and to park instead next to city hall and in front of the senior citizens building.

For direct market questions, please contact Market Manager, Maranda Weathers at Maranda.Weathers@outlook.com.
